Aidan Fogarty, co-owner of Hibernia, began his bartending career at The Brazen Head, Ireland’s oldest bar. The Brazen Head has had an amazing history and Aidan is proud to have tended bar there. Countless famous celebrities and famous Irish Folk have passed through there, such as the likes of James Joyce, Jonathan Swift, The Dubliners, Van Morrison, Paolo Nutini, Tom Jones to name a few. Hibernia has seen a few celebrities in its time as well, Alan Cummings, Mark Cuban, Kate Beckinsale, Jimmy Fallon, Joe Buck as well as several famous athletes and musicians.
We love live music and often plenty of sessions have been known to break out on a whim. We have featured many live music acts from Ireland as well, such as Susan O’Neill (one of Bono’s favorites) and the Bachstreet Boyz, Niall McBride and Ross Maguire.

A Home Away From Home
As die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fans, we celebrate their victories at Hibernia heavily. If they go all the way, you can expect a crazy Steelers’ presence at Hibernia. But we’re much more inclusive than that. Our many TVs offer everybody a chance to watch their favorite team’s game throughout the various sports seasons.
We have a huge Mets following and an annual Mets trip every year which starts off at Hibernia, then proceeds onwards into the Hibernia party bus, with our own private section at Citi Field, and then a party, a raffle, and then giveaways when we get back to Hibernia.
The Mets trip only scratches the surface of our awesome events and giveaways that we do all the time. We have a yearly Golf Outing as well as huge parties that are extremely fun for St. Patrick’s Day (obviously), the Tartan Day Parade, NYC Marathon, Halloween and Cinco de Mayo. Large crowds line the streets of Midtown on these days and we keep our doors wide open. We also pride ourselves with the atmosphere that we’ve created – you don’t want to miss any holiday because our parties are nothing short of epic.

Hibernia also has the best St. Patrick’s Day celebration this side of the pond. We are known for our Paddy’s Day festivities which include bagpipers, countless free giveaways, classic Irish food as well as an opportunity to meet some of NYC’s best as they party all day through the night. Be on the lookout for our very own Leprechauns who show up to jig and give away whiskey and may even adorn you with some gold. To add to that celebration, Hibernia also sends someone to Ireland for a week-long trip every year.
What sets our menu apart from the rest is our heralded and astonishing Irish Fare that is simply the best taste of Ireland that you’ll get in all of Midtown. Along with our amazing, signature Homemade Shepherd’s Pie, our delicious Traditional Fish & Chips made with beer-battered fresh cod fillet is a fan-favorite, we also serve some of the best Bangers and Mash you will find in all of Hell’s Kitchen. Our Potato Skins, Sausage Rolls, and Hasher sandwich are also highly-sought after.

Burgers, hot dogs, wings, tacos and the best Irish food in Hell’s Kitchen keep our customer’s mouths watering and drinks flowing. Amazing appetizers such as wings, mozzarella sticks, fully-loaded nachos, jalapeño poppers, and the fresh bacon spinach salad highlight the top of our menu. A mouthwatering Sirloin-T Burger and an epic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich highlight our signature entrees. Amongst our highly-sought after chicken pot pie and Margherita flatbread, we have plenty of other delicious sandwiches and burgers to choose from.

Check out our updated outdoor patio space! The tables have been refinished and the tarp is up. Its a perfect outdoor patio space to sit back and drink a few pitchers of beer, order some of our decadent food as well as get away from that hustle and bustle just a few steps away.
The space is available for private party events whether it be a shoe shot contest, a birthday, or engagement.
