Now that the Premier League is back in season, one of Hibernia’s favorite teams, Manchester United will be playing Chelsea this Sunday at 10:00am. Hibernia will be open early this Sunday for the annual Mets Trip, but, we’ll also have the Chelsea vs. Man United game up as well.
Frank Lampard, Chelsea’s legend player, is now helming the coaching job for Chelsea FC and with that comes a lot of pressure because he is responsible for signing American Christian Pulisic to the team. The hype for signing Christian Pulisic isn’t just because he’s the highest paid American to ever play in the Premier league, but also because he is probably one of the best American soccer players of all time and now play for one of the largest clubs. On loan from Borussia Dortmund he’s expected to take Chelsea to the top, or rather, Frank Lampard is expecting his gamble to pay off.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Manchester United’s head coach has Marcus Rashford, and as one of the highest paid players, this is going to be a big year for him as well. His playing style along with Paul Pogba’s should help them regain the Premier League championship this year. One major controversy was Romelu Lukaku’s departure, which some reports indicate were based on some comments and Tweets that Lukaku made regarding how slow Luke Shaw is compared to him. This caused manager to ream him out, which caused Lukaku to get up and move onto a team in Milan.
Nevertheless, this Sunday’s game is going to be an interesting one and regardless, it’s a Man UTD game and all the more reason to watch it at Hibernia.
